Sesame Ginger Salad Wrap


     At the Slimdown With Sandee Sampling Event last week, I was asked to share more frequently on the blog about the foods we enjoy in our home. I though I would take the opportunity today to share a “recipe” that I’ve really been rather obsessed with over the last couple of weeks. I use the term recipe loosely because this is a very quick and simple prep lunch items, no harder than throwing together a sandwich.

     The Sesame Ginger Salad Wrap is made from just four ingredients and though it is rather light and low cal it is very filling. Pair it with a soup and a piece of fresh fruit for a complete lunch. Miso soup (35 calories) and an apple would be a great. Hope you enjoy the wrap as much as we do.
