A Tale Of Two Meals

     I wanted to share this picture but with the proper commentary. Calories matter but so does the type of food we chose. When planning meals avoid “simple carbs” and opt for complex ones. Combine them with protein in order to stay full longer and store less fat. I recommend lean protein. Remember to try to avoid saturated fats and trans fats. Instead of bacon and eggs consider an egg white omlet with spinach and mushrooms. In the mood for bread and cheese? Try whole grain bread with melted cheddar.
