A Breakfast That Helps You Burn Fat

     A recent study from the Journal of Nutrition suggests that eating a breakfast of slow release carbs 3 hours before your workout may help you burn more fat. Oatmeal, bran cereal, and other slow release carbs don’t spike the blood sugar as high as simple carb foods like white bread toast. Thus afterwards the insulin release is not as high.
