3 Golden Rules For Weight-Loss

     Every trainer and nutrition expert seems to have their own plan for weight-loss. This morning I was reading an article in Shape Magazine where fitness guru Jackie Warner shares hers and I tell you, she had three starter rules that would be hard to argue with.

1. Try to keep your calories to about 1500 a day but try not to get bogged down by the counting.

2. Eat three meals a day plus snacks to feel full.

3. Embrace the idea of exercising with intensity in your cardio and strength training sessions.
