Week 32 – Stepping Away

I have blogged and shared every day for over 8 months. My focus on health, diet, calories, and weight loss has been almost all-consuming. Recently my husband commented that he would be happy for me when the process could require less of my time and energy and he has no idea how true those thoughts were for me as well. I find myself basically very happy. I am at a weight and fitness level where I enjoy life so much. My mornings begin with exercise, my days are filled with healthier foods, and my evenings are spent relaxing with my loving husband…after I’ve done all the busy work and blog prep. I gotta tell you I’m a little exhausted.

With this in mind the decision has been made to take a vacation from the blog and the intense weight focus for week 32. I look forward to rejoining you with re-evaluated goals and stepping stones in week 33.
